Chirag Jadeja, 16 at the time, crashed the Smart car into a telegraph pole in Leicester while his eight-year-old brother was in the boot. Jadeja had denied charges, including causing death by dangerous driving. Ranvit Singh who admitted at Birmingham Crown Court to being a passenger has been given a conditional discharge. Abhay Jadeja died from a fractured skull after hitting the frame of the vehicle's boot when it crashed on Gipsy Lane, on 3 July 2012.
