I remembered that i hadn't installed all that was offered by my nvidia 550ti driver, I left out all the 3D part and ONLY Installed the driver itself, so I re-installed the driver (clean install) and only unticked the updater, on re-starting steam after re-installing the driver, all worked fine, NO Failed to Initalise D3D11; Error Code 0.
