Or only with the prompt which comes at the end of the Pro installation? If the former, then have you disabled UAC on your system? We'll debug it later (entering reg key when UAC is disabled) but for me, when UAC is enabled, I always get the UAC prompt first when trying to enter the reg key or adjusting any settings (eg. Prefs -> File Types) which require registry-write privileges.
